Artistic Gymnastics offers a fun way for children to have an active birthday celebration without a lot of fuss!
What we do: Provide invitations; One-hour class with 8:1 instructor/ child ratio; Provide paper goods, table, chairs, and beverages; Assist during 1/2 hour with cake and presents.
What you do: Pick up invitations and mail them out; Bring the cake and goodie bags; Take lots of pictures!
Logistics:
1. All parties are held on Saturday or Sunday, and they are 1.5 hours long. Because of other activities and parties, it is very important that guests arrive on time and are picked up promptly. Please inform all parents!
2. Artistic Gymnastics staff will be in charge of all class activities during the first hour. For safety reasons, parents are NOT allowed on the gymnastics floor.
3. Staff will assist you with the final 30 minutes of the party. They will help you serve the cake and beverages, and will clean up while your child is opening gifts.
Cost for 10 participants: $120 members; $135 non-members
Additional guests: $8 each
$50 deposit required; $25 non-refundable if you cancel

On a field trip to Artistic Gymnastics kids participate in a fun filled gymnastics class involving stretching, strengthening and exposure on all apparatus. Obstacle courses will be set up to keep kids moving and active!
All levels are invited to enjoy our facility equipped with an in-ground trampoline, a 30’ tumble track, foam pits, bars, balance beams, vaults, mats, and training shapes.
Artistic Gymnastics has been serving the community for over 23 years. All of our senior staff are USAG Safety Certified, First Aid Certified and have had background checks. Safety comes first at Artistic Gymnastics.
- Cost: $5.00 per child / hour. Paid day of Field Trip by cash or check.
- Your organization provides transportation to and from the gym.
- Each child must have a completed waiver and proper clothing (No jeans or jewelry) to practice.
- Minimum of 10 Children.
- Maximum of 60 Children.

Open gym provides parent and child a chance to play in the gym using obstacle courses, trampoline, and foam pits. Children have time to explore and play using the gym space and equipment.

Artistic Gymnastics offers private gymnastics and tumbling lesson on an individual basis. A private lesson allows the gymnasts to enhance their skills in a one-on-one instructional setting where the focus is only on them.
All participants must complete the Artistic Gymnastics Release and Waiver form prior to the lesson and should be dressed appropriately (NO jeans and/or jewelry).
Private lessons are available by appointment only and cannot be conducted during scheduled class times.
A 24 hour advance notice is required for all cancellations and/or reschedules. Cancellations and/or reschedules occurring less than 24 hours prior to the the lesson wil incur the full lesson fee.

Team
The Artistic Gymnastics Team is for the child looking for more commitment, advancement and participation in a team setting. Many options are available. We offer compulsory, optional, and Prep teams. We are looking for students and parents who are willing to commit to the necessary hours for the appropriate level. Being a team member is a privilege and carries with it responsibility and discipline on the part of the gymnast. For additional information please schedule an appointment.
Tumbling
Artistic Gymnastics Tumbling classes are for boys and girls ages 8 and up. Students are taught the fundamentals of tumbling starting from the basics. Class starts with jumping, stretching, and strengthening skills. Kids progress to handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, back-handsprings and back flips. Progressions and special mats are utilized to teach tumbling skills safe, secure, and with confidence. This class is well suited for the middle school and high school cheerleader. Tumblers must have a round-off back handspring by themselves to enroll in the advanced tumbling class.
$55.00 1x week per month / $85.00 2x week per month (recommended for Advanced Tumbler)
Hot Shots
Artistic Gymnastics Hot Shots are advanced classes for girls age 6-13 years. Hot Shots train flexibility and conditioning at a more serious level. Gymnasts will master the basic skills with technique and form. Handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and circling on the bars will be emphasized.

Beginner and Intermediate
Beginner and Intermediate Gymnastics Classes are offered for girls and boys ages 5-12years. Classes start with a warm-up consisting of jumping, stretching, and strength exercises. Gymnastics is taught using obstacle courses designed to emphasize specific movements and skills, while keeping more active. Students learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumping, hanging, and pulling up on bars and rope. Age and skill level will determine your child’s class.

Pre-School Classes
Pre-school classes are for girls and boys ages 3 and 4. Pre-schoolers learn gymnastics on obstacle courses designed to emphasize specific movements. They will work on trampoline, tumble track, bars, beams, pits, and ropes and use a large variety of pre-school training mats. Class begins with basic stretching and strength exercises. Kids learn the very basic skills on each event. (back rolls, cartwheels, straddle and tuck jumps, chin-ups and more)

Parent Tot
Parent-Tot gymnastics is a 30-minute class designed for 2 and early 3 year old’s with the assistance of Mom, Dad or a Guardian. An instructor will lead parent and tot through several obstacle courses. Toddlers will experience the simplest forms of gymnastic movement while stretching, jumping, rolling, climbing and more! Obstacle courses include trampoline, bars, beams, pits and a large variety of pre-school training mats.

Artistic Gymnastics Classes
At Artistic Gymnastics we offer a variety of classes that are designed to allow students at all levels to enjoy the sport of gymnastics, whether their goal is to compete, or to have fun and get some exercise. In all classes, students develop the same skills (that are relevant to the class) and are given the same level of professional coaching and attention, however, we do realize that all students learn at their own pace, and we try to place each child in a class that is best suited for their skill level and personal goals.
